Inverurie Locos midfielder Scott Taylor has rejected a contract offer for the season ahead and will join Huntly, when his contract expires at the end of June making him the second of what is likely to be five players that will join the champions as they look to prepare for the new season.
The former Buckie Thistle, Cove Rangers and Keith midfielder is one of two former Jags midfielders likely to put pen to paper at Christie Park over the next four weeks with Matt Gairns also expected to make the move back to his former club.
While Huntly are not willing to make any official announcement on the matter at this stage there is little doubt that Taylor will be revealed as a Huntly player once his contract in on June 30th.
As well as Matt Gairns Huntly have also been linked with yet another former Buckie Thistle player, Alan "Micky" McPherson who is still considering his future having decided to part company with Forres Mechanics
